YA Trimmz is a private studio, not a shopfront. There is no waiting area, no queue building up behind you, and nobody being moved out of the chair early so the next person can sit down. You book the appointment and you get all of it.
Booking is deliberately blunt: the calendar on this site is the real one, so if a slot is showing it is genuinely free. Nothing is paid up front and there is no card machine — you pay cash when the cut is done, at the price you were shown before you confirmed.

01How do I book?
On the booking page. Pick the service, choose the studio or a call-out, take a free slot and confirm. It's instant — there's no waiting on a reply.
02How do I pay?
Cash, at the appointment. There's no card machine, no online payment and no deposit. The total you see when you book is the total you hand over.
03Can you come to me?
Yes. Choose the call-out option when you book and give me your address. There's a flat travel charge on top of the service price.
04Why is a late slot more expensive?
Anything starting from 9pm carries a 25% surcharge. It's late, and it's the end of a long day — the booking page shows the extra before you confirm.
05Do you take walk-ins?
No. Everything runs off the booking calendar and there's no shopfront to walk into.
06Where is the studio?
New Malden, south-west London. The full address isn't published — it comes with your booking confirmation. If you'd rather not travel, pick the call-out option and I'll come to you.
