We only collect what is needed to manage appointments and provide our services. That may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your password, stored only as a one-way scrypt hash that cannot be turned back into the password you chose
• Your appointment details
• Any information you provide when contacting us

Your information may be used to:

• Create and manage your account
• Send you the location once your appointment is booked
• Book and manage appointments
• Contact you about your appointment
• Respond to messages and questions
• Keep basic business records

We do not sell your personal information to other companies.

There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies on this website. Browsing it does not create a record about you. Only booking does.

No payment details are ever collected, because payment is cash at the appointment.

Your information will only be shared with other services when necessary to operate the website, or where required by law.

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may log the IP address requesting the font file, as with anything loaded from another domain. No booking information is sent to them.

Bookings are stored in a database on a private machine we own and control, rather than a rented cloud service.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. Access to the booking records is password protected.

Booking records are kept for twelve months after the appointment so we can keep basic business records, then deleted.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner once the appointment has taken place.

Booking requires an account with your name, email and phone number. We do not check the number, we simply use it to reach you.

Passwords are stored as a salted scrypt hash. Nobody, including us, can read your password.

Signing in stores a session token on your device. Clearing your browser storage or signing out removes it.

If we send you a text message it goes through Plivo Inc., a messaging provider, which receives your phone number and the message in order to deliver it. Your name, email and appointment details are not sent to them.

Our address is not published anywhere on this website. It is sent to the phone number on your account, after your appointment is booked.

Please keep it to yourself and do not post it publicly.

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used. There is no charge and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
