Terms.

Appointments must be booked in advance through this website. There are no walk-ins.

Please arrive on time. Appointments are booked one at a time with a set amount of time each, so if you arrive late I will do as much as fits in the time that is left.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.

Payment is cash only and is due at the end of your appointment. There is no card machine, no online payment and no deposit.

Prices may change from time to time. The price shown when you book is the price that applies to your appointment.

No refunds. Nothing is taken up front — you pay in cash once the work is done — so there is nothing held to refund.

If you are unhappy with the finish, say so while you are still in the chair and I will put it right where I can.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

The barber reserves the right to refuse or cancel an appointment when necessary.

Repeated no-shows may mean I stop accepting bookings from that name and number.

The full address is not publicly displayed. The location is provided to confirmed customers with their booking.

Please keep it to yourself and do not post it publicly.

If you would rather not travel, choose the call-out option when booking and I will come to you instead. A flat call-out charge applies, shown before you confirm.

Appointments starting at 9pm or later carry a 25% surcharge on the service price. Slots that carry it are marked, and the full total is shown before you confirm.

If you ask me to travel to you, a flat call-out charge is added on top of the service price and appears in the same breakdown.
